Some live support hints and tips

You can enter “/” the backslash and then the following words to make a change:
/nick – to change your user name (this helps us keep things straight)
/clear – to clear your screen
You can always choose to have a private conversation with your developer by clicking on his user id in the top right part of the screen. This way noone else can see what you are discussing.
We ask that you do not discuss money or personal issues on the live support. We value your privacy, and the live support “my room” is not a private place.
